She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Bob" Beers and Helen Beers (Peters); and her siblings, Lannie Beers and Kathy Beers Thomasson. She is survived by: her brother Randy Beers (Lou); her nephews, Timothy Beers and Kevin Beers; her niece Melanie Thomasson (Josh); her great-nephew Tristan Goodell; her great-niece Eleanor Goodell; and her friend Karen Dunning. She is also survived by many cousins and other friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Jacksonville Animal Shelter or the American Cancer Society.
