She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Forrest and Mildred Forrest (Pemberton); and her siblings, Sherry, Don (Texas) and Steve (Tennessee).
She is survived by: her sons, Brian and Kenny Burnett; her grandchildren, Zack, Haley, Eric, Stormy, Wayne, Tasha and Rebecca; and her siblings, Paul Forrest (Ann), Anita Booker-Monticello, Gaylon, Sarah Land-Warren (Darrell), Lisa (Todd) and Glen Forrest-Monticello. She is also survived by her sons, grandchildren, & friends.
