She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Parish and Lucille Parish (Cash); her husband Alfred O. D. Speer; her children, Eugene Speer and Marie Losey; her granddaughter Cassondra Speer; her siblings, Jimmy Parish, John Parish and Francis Johns; and her pet Missy.
She is survived by: her children, David Speer of Jacksonville, Elaine Whaley of Jacksonville, Rhonda Manion (Jack) of Kansas and Deborah Milner (John) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, William Pulliam, Josh Pulliam, Joe Pulliam, Mary Rader, Ashley Milner, Jessica Milner, David Speer Jr., Ashley Speer, Charles Whaley and Catie Losey; and her son-in-law Rick Losey. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild along with a host of extended family and many loved friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Maddox Road Baptist Church (702 E Maddox Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at the Chapel Hill Memorial Park (1504 N J P Wright Loop Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
