He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Graham and Vivian Graham; and his brothers, Ed and Steven Graham. He is survived by: his wife Annette Graham; his son Zach Graham (Tiffany); his nieces, Kimberley Eastwood and Norrisa Cagle; his nephew Jason Graham; and his sister-in-law Elayna Konoske. He is also survived by family members and friends.
