He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Polk; and his parents, Leon Polk and Helen Polk. He is survived by: his children, Brandon King and Jennifer Morris; and his siblings, Lamar Polk, Brenda Jones (James), Jackie Polk, Judy Hatcher and Lisa Jordan.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church (1017 Ray Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
