He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Rodriguez and Maria Rodriguez; and his siblings, Domilita Hipalgo, Flora Davis Rodríguez, Alice Rodriguez, Teresa Hill, Pete Rodriguez, Henry Rodriguez, Richard Rodriguez, Thomas Rodriguez and Robert Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Rodriguez; his children, Joey, Patrick, Jason, Todd and Laura; and his stepchildren, Shannon Jones and Sean Keath. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
