He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Buechley, Sr. and Vera Maye Buechley (Gore); his wife Ruth; his brothers, John and Tom; and his daughter-in-law Donna.
He is survived by: his children, Marcella Dalla Rosa (Marvin), Jennifer Clem and John Buechley; his granddaughter Chelsea Tyson (Caleb); and his great grandchild Eli.
