She was predeceased by: her parents, George Adkins and Deborah Adkins (Murray); her husband Kenneth Payne Sr. (Sonny); her grandson Thomas Payne; and her daughter-in-law Elaine Payne (Howard).
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth E. Payne Jr. (Jean) of Jacksonville and Richard A. Payne (Marissa) of Euless, Texas; her granddaughters, Angelina Strickland and April Payne; her great grandchild Khloe Payne; and her sister Joan Howard of Green Valley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home (1504 N J P Wright Loop Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
