She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Dokes Sr. Loving; her children, Ameilia Mitchell (William), Felicia Hale (Danny), Andra Dokes, Calvin Dokes Jr. (Tunya), James Dokes and Tyus Dokes; and her siblings, Lottie Adams, Gean Tucker, Jerry Streeter (Marilyn) and Tilmon "Jamie" Sims.

In lieu of donations the family asks that you make donations to the McAlmont Church of Christ Food Pantry.
