She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Rogers and Mary Rogers (Fernandes); her husband Jacob Cook; and her siblings, Alice Furtado, Mary Picard, Tony Rogers, Rose Vierra, Joe Rogers, Raymond Rogers, Josephine Hopkins, Delvina Luz, Helen Caires, Theresa Holstein and Irene Hopkins.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Cook (Jean) of Jacksonville, Nancy Hilpert (Robby) of Austin and Matthew Cook (Jamie) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Kristie Cook, Stephenie Cook, Joseph Fordyce, Kara Coyne, Jacob Cook and Ethan Cook; and her great grandchildren, Talin Johnston, Jaxon Fordyce, Adelaide Coyne and Amelia Coyne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
