He is survived by: his wife Patricia Taylor-Oakley; his children, Felicia Oakley-Wolfe of Jacksonville, AR, David Oakley Jr. (Felicia) of Conway, AR, Taylor and Anna Oakley of Jacksonville, AR; his stepson Derek Bangs of Harrison; his foster son Chad Linker of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Ceejay, Ty, Kingston, Cassidy, Tobi, Gunner, Bradley and Austin; and his siblings, Jimmy Oakley (Danette) of Jacksonville, Stacey Oakley and Melisa Oakley-Alvers. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 1 nephew.
