He was predeceased by: his parents, Euell Horn and Lonis Horn; his brothers, Dawson, Bill and LD Horn; and his stepson Jeremy Wyatt.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his son Danny (Vickie); his granddaughter Glory Jo Horn; his great grandchildren, Kimber Ann and Lana Faye; his stepson Jon (Ramsey Champagne); his sons, Arlo and Franklin; his niece Becky Rogers; his nephew Andy Horn; and his close friend Ron Brush.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make donations to Arkansas Hospice.
