He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wade Stewart (Sandy); his children, Shelley Ann Moix and Lori Christine Stewart; and also, William Wade II (Richard), Kara Kay Otis, William Richard Wade III (Will), Avery Claire Wade, Max Ethan Otis and Witten Henry Otis.
