Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bill Minier of Jacksonville, Arkansas, born in Rogers City, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 71, on September 28, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton Vernon and Gladys Mae Minier (Sparks); and his siblings, Herb Minier, Sue Brush and Paul Dunbar.
He is survived by: his wife Joby Minier; his children, Tonya "Gypsy" Topinka, Tim Clucky, Joseph "Grizz" Bonds, Bradley Davidson, Jamie Minier and Jake Minier; his stepdaughters, Brittany Hopkins and Amanda Harsch; and his siblings, Rob Minier, Faye Porter and Wendy Kuznicki. He is also survived by many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, and many friends.
