She is survived by: her children, Elbert Heaggans, Jr. of Little Rock, Frederick (Tammy) of Madison, AL, Delbert Brown (Lorraine) of Clarksville, TN and Beverly Brockman (Michael) of Jacksonville.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 1600 W Church St, Morrilton, AR 72110. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
