He was predeceased by: his parents, Elona Lois Carmical and Newton Andrew Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Chambers; his daughter Jacklyn Elizabeth; his grandson David Potter (Sara); and his great grandchildren, Michaela, Caitlann, Madalyn and Jackson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the State Funeral Service (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
