She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Phillips and Modena Miller Phillips; her former husband Harold "Jiggs" Guthrie; her husband Archie Davis; her siblings, Maurice, Jack Phillips and Audrey Hudson; and her grandsons, Anthony and Lyle Guthrie.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Guthrie (Donna) of Pocahontas, Ronnie Guthrie (Sandy) of Pocahontas and Melissa Guthrie of Imboden; and her grandchildren, Brent Guthrie (Kim), Tonya Long (Terry), Angela Guthrie, Amanda Guthrie, Andrea Echeverria and Gary Blansett. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
