He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jacobsen Chesser; his daughters, Kendra Turley (Roger) and Karen Palmer (Brandon); his grandchildren, Kodi, Rhea Oxford and Brilee Palmer; his mother Clara Chesser; and his siblings, Kathy Barnett (Randle), Charles Chesser (Debbie), Janice Halliburton (Pawnee) and Teresa Kester (Lee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
