Helen Blackburn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2022, at the age of 83, Helen Blackburn of Imboden, Arkansas, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Blackburn to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Lewis and Bertha Miller Lewis; her husband Alvin Blackburn; her brother Harry Lewis; and her granddaughter Gabbie Gates.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Deen (Carroll) of Imboden, Glenn Blackburn (Cindi) of Black Rock, Gary Blackburn (Sandy) of Black Rock and Tommy Blackburn of Walnut Ridge; her sister Barbara Kilgore of Wilmington, Delaware; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Isham of Blanket and Sharon Lewis of Paragould. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.

In fact, the family is requesting that instead of flowers that donations be made to the food bank at Hoxie Baptist Church.
