It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Ruth Edwards of Imboden, Arkansas, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Elva Ruth departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Elva Ruth. Though Elva Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her mother Fulbright; her husband Tommy Earl Edwards; her children, Nina Cox, Sherry Merrill and Rodney Owens; and her sisters, Irma and Lola.
She is survived by: her sons, Bradley Owens, Marty Owens, Tommy Edwards of Imboden, Donnie Edwards of Oregon and Stevie Edwards. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
