With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Essie Pylot (Huttig, Arkansas), who passed away on May 21, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mattie; her sons, Anthony Fields and Marcus Thompson; her stepson Brian O'Neal Pylot; and her brothers, Ivy Lee King Huey and Mozell Waters.
She is survived by: her husband Sydney Pylot; her children, Sherria Buffington of El Dorado, Phaley Thompson of El Dorado and James Thompson; her stepdaughter Nikki Johnson of California; and her siblings, Faye Loggins of Strong, Shirley Thompson, Dorothy Pierce Huttig and Ernest "Jody" Thompson (BJ) of Huttig, Arkansas. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews.
