It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilma Whorton (Huntsville, Arkansas), born in Nevada, Missouri, who passed away on October 21, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sands and Verda Loyd Sands; and her husband Herman D. Whorton. She is survived by: her daughter Jackie; her son-in-law Lew Thompson of Huntsville; and her sons, Randall (Debbie Whorton), Tom (Billie Whorton) and Rick (Liz Whorton). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
