She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tom Dunaway and Mary Riggins Dunaway; her husband Carl Edward Vanlandingham; her son Carl Anthony "Tony" Vanlandingham of Delray Beach, Florida; her grandchildren, Michael Donahou Vanlandingham of Elkins and Melissa Anne Leistra of Silver Springs, Maryland; and her stepgranddaughter Justine Kenin Hedgepeth of Washington, DC. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren.
