He is survived by: his spouse JoBeth Evans (Williams); his children, Jaxon and Tiva Evans; his mother Patty Bradley (Kelley); his stepfather Jerry; his sister Tammy Evans (Macy Evans); his stepsister Amy Ary (Blake); his nieces and nephews, Jerrod Hood (Bailee), Jaden Hood, Cole Parton and Addison Ary; his great-niece Kodi Hood; his nieces and nephews, Tinley Rose and Drake Davidson; his uncle Bill Worley; his grandmother Nancy Kelly; and his uncles, Jim Kelley (Elizabeth), Danny Kelley (Frances) and Bob Kelley. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
