She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shepherd and Bertha Mounce Shepherd; her husband Cecil Carroll Smith; her brothers, Troy, Virgil, James, Preston and Les Shepherd; and her daughter-in-law Gwendolyn Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Allen (Felicia Smith), Brian Alan (Nancy Smith) and Nick (Linda Smith); and her sisters, Lois Harvey of Springdale and Donna Todd of Springdale. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
