She is survived by: her sons, Robert Scott Toole (Vancie) of Fort Worth, David Loren Toole (Natalie) of Rogers and Philip James Toole (Jill) of Huntsville, Arkansas; her sisters, Debbie Adair of Garfield, Carol Edwards of Tennessee and Janice Long (Tim) of Tuson, Arizona; and her grandchildren, Magen, Ian, Blaine, David, Steph, Savannah, Bo, Trista and Philip II. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
