She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William and Vineta Smith; and her uncles, David Smith and Dewayne Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Bill Leftwich and Cindy Smith Leftwich; her husband Justin House; her son Caden Michael House; and her siblings, Shane Capps (Jessica) of Springdale, Chris Cobb (Gabe) of Springdale, Justin Cobb of Arkadelphia, Jason Leftwich (Jessica) of Huntsville, Rachel Woodfield (Roy) of Fort Smith, Amanda Coughenour of Nome, Ala and Katrina Scott of Fayetteville. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
