He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Oren Smith. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Smith (McClain) of Springdale; his children, Haley Balestreri (Tyler) of Huntsville, Rodney Smith (Danielle Davidson), Justin Wade Smith (Charly) of Huntsville and Gabe Coronodo of Kansas; his brothers, Vernon Oren Smith Jr. of Huntsville and Darrell Wayne Smith of Huntsville; and his grandchildren, Bently, Kiera, Kason, Ren and Cane.
