He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Cisco and Hugh Cisco; and his siblings, Carrol and Connie. He is survived by: his sister Diane Sahr; and his son Thomas McGuire of Springdale. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
