It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Omer Lee Yeakley of Huntsville, Arkansas, born in Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Yeakley and Vera Smith Yeakley; his son Jeff Yeakley; and his brothers, John Henry Yeakley, Willie Eugene Yeakley, Guy Fred Yeakley, James Dale Yeakley, George Yeakley, Roy Yeakley and Dennis Carl Hammond.
He is survived by: his close friend Angela Cousins; his children, Jody Yeakley of Kentucky, Omer Lee Yeakley Jr. of Springdale and Tresa Smith of Kentucky; and also, Kimberly Burnside of Pocahontas and Rachael Clark of Idaho. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Madison County Senior Center.
