He was predeceased by: his brother Jason Otwell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Otwell; his children, Koren Lucas, Lexie (Phi Huynh) and Brittany (Billy Rowe); his parents, Gerald Herron (Jan Otwell) and Mary Herron of Texarkana; and his grandchildren, Harlee Rowe of Huntsville, Cloey Rowe of Huntsville and Dorian Huynh of Springdale.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brashears Funeral Home (509 N Gaskill St, Huntsville, AR 72740). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
