She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Perkins and Rema Marie Henson Perkins; and her siblings, Burl Perkins, Leo Perkins, Paul Perkins, David Perkins and Lydia Perkins.
She is survived by: her husband Kelly Burnett; her son Cody Burnett of Huntsville; and her siblings, Timothy Perkins of Crosses, Luke Perkins of Combs, Mark Perkins of Combs, Harold Perkins of Combs, Johnny, Sabrina Perkins of Sonora, Donald, Tina Perkins of Saint Paul, Earl Perkins of Booneville, Marlin Perkins of Aurora, Helen, Chuck Aborn of Fayetteville, Mildred, Kenny Shepherd of Hindsville and Glynda Bennett of Huntsville, Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
