She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Webb; her parents, Hiram Rouw and Martha Rouw (Webb); and her sisters, Betty Nevill and Margaret Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Ledbetter (Faron) of Wesley, Arkansas; her granddaughters, Kristyn of Springdale and Katie Moore of Springdale; her brothers, Donald Small of Arkansas and Olen Rouw of Texas; and her close friends, Caroline and Carl Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
