He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Hayes and Jennifer Capps (Doran); and his siblings, Shirley Wood of West Plains, Billy Hayes (Karen) of West Plains, Terry Hayes (Laura) of West Plains, Ron Hayes (Linda) of West Plains and Debbie Hayes of West Plains. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
