We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 81, Lula Belle Tilghman of Huntsville, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Albnell Goodman Proctor; her husband Edwin Floyd Tilghman; her father Leland Proctor; and her brother-in-law Earl Smith. She is survived by: her son Stephen; her daughter-in-law Tara Tilghman of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Madyson (Kolton Shepherd) and Valerie Tilghman of Huntsville; and her siblings, Rudy Proctor of Springdale and Judy Smith of Fayetteville.
