She is survived by: her grandson MacKenzie; her sons, James "Chic" Phillips of Huntsville and John (Joyce Phillips) of Springdale; her daughter-in-law Lou Phillips of Springdale; her grandchildren, James Mackenzie Phillips (Jessica) of Huntsville, Brian Phillips (Cheryl) of Huntsville, Jeff Phillips (Misty) of Bella Vista, Jamie Lothian (Paul) of Springdale, Sherry Melissa Hotary of Hot Springs, Sara Breathitt (Pat) of Springdale, Richie Phillips (Shani) of Springdale, Randy, Rick Elory of Springdale, Tina Doffin of Springdale and Kendall Drake of Colcord, Oklahoma.; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Jett, Jaxie, Meagan, Madison, Kurt, Kasen, Kinley Phillips, Kayleigh, Sydney Breathitt, Tyler Lothian, Jordyn Goddard, Colton, Josh Hotary, Ashli Stephens, Eden Doffin and Jayden Cruze; and her great great grandchild Millie Stephens.

Belinda Davis wrote a sympathy message

“I knew Bill & Lucille and Jerry Bill. I knew Orpha, Frank and several of the elders - Aunt Annie & Gpa Wil --- WHV Wahlquist - such a loving and very intelligent family group. I moved from Huntsville in 1972 and missed several Wahlquist-Cannady Reunions but I do have memories and remembrances. My condolences to the family. My Mom, Katherine Cole Whorton, and Lucille talked via the phone after they were widowed - so Mom told me.”
