He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Cheryl Smith, Shawn Smith of Marble, Patsy Rhyne and Davey Rhyne of Harrison; his grandchildren, Blaine Hayes, Treniti Hayes, Blake Hayes, Annie Schuh and Madison Hayes; his great grandchild Scooter Hayes; and his stepgrandchildren, Cooper Smith, Tyler Smith, Stephanie Rhyne and Amber Rhyne.
