He is survived by: his son Brad Spurlock of Tontitown; his siblings, Joetta Copeland of Fayetteville and Jerry Spurlock (Pat) of Green Forrest; and his grandchildren, Grayson Spurlock, Chris Burris and Conner Burris (Shaea).
