He is survived by: his children, Amy Leann and Jimmy Dale Jr. of Texas; his granddaughters, Reagan, Jenna and Micah; his great grandchild Cason; his sisters, Lou Bunch of Prairie Grove, Shirley Mowery of Bella Vista and Cindy Grigg of Fayetteville; and his close friend Gayla Behlke of Huntsville.
