It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Wages of Huntsville, Arkansas, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Dearl Wages; his sisters, Louise Austin, Ruth McElroy and Mary Lou Wages; his daughter Sharon Thompson; his grandson Joseph Ybanez; his grandson-in-law Greg Stephenson; and his close friend Ricky Thompson.
He is survived by: his mother Mamie Wages of Huntsville; his wife Carolyn Wages; his daughters, Melinda Thompson-Osorio (Raphael) of North Carolina, Jacklyn Burk (Wayne) of Kingston and Kay Thompson (Eric Watson); his granddaughters, Ashley Davidson (Johnny) of Huntsville, Haley Stephenson of Elkins, Analyse Sloop (Steven) of Kingston and Sixteen; and his brothers, Gene Wages (Clarisse) of San Antonio, TX, Jimmie Wages (Twila) of Huntsville, Kenneth Wages (Lisa) of Springdale, Calvin Wages (Charlotte) of Huntsville, Delbert Wages (Becky) of Huntsville and Andrew Wages (Beverly) of Rogers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
