He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Louise Hawkins; and his parents, Elmo Hawkins and Carrie Reed Cox. He is survived by: his children, Marcia Duplanti (Charles) of Huntsville, Natasha Hawkins (Jonathon Owens) of Farmington and Jerry Blake Hawkins (Sarah) of Huntsville; his stepchildren, Quinton Meek (Carolyn) of Huntsville and Laura Coberley (Dale) of Cedarville; his grandchildren, Dusty (Stephanie Weems), Audrey (Josh Gresham), Elwyn Monroy, Kayleigh Umana, Brianna Umana, Zack Duplanti, Katelyn Duplanti, Cody Meek, Isaiah McMillon, Justin Harris and Julie Marion; and his pet Beans. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brashears Funeral Home (509 N Gaskill St, Huntsville, AR 72740). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory (509 N Gaskill St, Huntsville, AR 72740).
