She was predeceased by: her parent Jewell Lacey Montgomery; her husband Howard Roberts; her daughter Barbara Faddis; her parent Burse Montgomery; her grandson James Hopper; and her sister Freeda Miller.

She is survived by: her son Gary; her daughter-in-law Ruth Roberts of Huntsville; her daughter Shirley; and her son-in-law Don Pinkley of Huntsville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, eighteen great-great-grandchildren, and one niece.
