He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Lacey and Mary Knouse Lacey; his daughter Patty Lacey; and his siblings, Juanita Jane Uren, Jean Gooing, James Gooing and Bryan Lacey.
He is survived by: his wife Elwanda; his sons, Rusty Lacey (Stephanie) of Sallisaw and Danny Lacey (Carol) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Brenda Foster, Darlene Wingfield, Rose Allen, Sue Lacey, Bonnie Sue Boyd, Allen Lacey and Dale Lacey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
