He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Douglas and Carmel Pickene. He is survived by: his children, Harold Douglas Jr., Teri Luckie, Gina Zlomke and Lori Kauk; and his siblings, Larry Douglas and Shirley Douglas. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren and other family and friends.
