It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Kay Phillips-Brown of Huntsville, Arkansas, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Polk Whiteley and Elsie Whiteley; her son Lloyd Phillips; and her brothers, Wayne Whiteley and Ronald P. Whiteley.

She is survived by: her husband John Brown; and her son Max Phillips (Tammie Doss). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
