He is survived by: his wife Vivian Eubanks Parks; his sons, Michael Parks (Debra) of West Fork, AR and Aaron Parks (Kelly) of Fayetteville, AR.; his grandchildren, Jolynn Black, Michaela, Asher, Benjamin, Caleb and David Parks; and his great grandchildren, Lola and Walker Black.
