He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ray and Lytal Mae Smith Langworthy. He is survived by: his pet Roscoe; his wife Tami Langworthy; his daughter Kari; his son-in-law Jason Gonzales of Combs; his grandchildren, Ethan McAfee and Bella Gonzales; his sister Karen; and his brother-in-law Mel Pierce of Colorado. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, and grandchildren.
