He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon William and Bessie Bell Smith Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Lorena Middleton; his children, Randy (Tris Middleton), Lance (Kami Middleton), Rodney (Tara Middleton) and Linette; his son-in-law John Faulkner of Huntsville; his siblings, Kenneth Middleton of Springdale, Ray (Rocky Middleton) and Dixie; and his brother-in-law Charles Carter of Fayetteville. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
