It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Steele of Huntington, Arkansas, born in Mena, Arkansas, who passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roy Bass, Jr.; her brother Leroy Bass; and her grandson Brandon Wilson. She is survived by: her mother Eula Mae Bass (Dilbeck) of Parks, Arkansas; her husband Ronald F. Steele; her children, Lesia Meredith (Jeffery) of Cove, Tammie Wilson (Jerry) of Ozark, Rhonda Knapp (Jim) of Fort Smith, Allen Brumbelow (Dana) of Mena, Chad Steele and Remington Steele; her siblings, Kathy Rowland (Joseph) of Sims, Amanda Barnett (Ken) of Waldron, J. B. Bass of Mena, Danny Bass (Teresa) of Parks, Arkansas, Johnny Bass (Glenda) of Parks, Arkansas and Sammy Bass of Parks, Arkansas; and her grandsons, Michael Meredith, Greg Brumbelow, Jaron Wilson, Jaylin Brumbelow, Quentin Meredith, Dustyn Brumbelow, Tristan Brumbelow, Ronald Adkins, Joshua Adkins and Jeffery Wilson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
