She was predeceased by: her parents, Ishmael Woodard and Mildred Woodard (Savage); her husband Charles Weatherford; her granddaughter Kyla Weatherford; her daughter-in-law Mary Weatherford; and her siblings, Aubrey Woodard, Opal Wages, Donald Woodard, Barbara Woodard and Patricia "Pat" Northcutt Hinkle.
She is survived by: her children, Rocky Weatherford (Marsha), Ricky Weatherford, Shanell Weatherford (Bill) and Tami Belcher (David); her nephews, Mark Woodard and Craig Woodard (Jodi); her grandchildren, Tiffany Howton (Rickey), Ricky Weatherford (Brittany), Shawn Junior (Toshia), Steffany Ziccarelli (Jason), Bradly Weatherford, Shane Herman (Maria), Kecia Clendening (Kirk) and Kyle Weatherford (Katy); and her siblings, Jean Dunn and Dale Woodard.
